Together for a short period of time between 1977/78 and 1979, in Sao Paulo, AI-5 never had the chance to do a proper recording, but managed to help kickstart the punk rock movement in Brazil. Leaving a legacy of only a handful of badly recorded practice tapes, they left at least one classic song: the anti-disco rant "John Travolta", re-recorded by hardcore heroes Ratos de Porão in 1995 for their covers album "Feijoada Acidente".
