Combine European style power metal, rhythmic biting guitars, symphonic searing keyboards, modern industrial touches with passionate and memorable vocal performances you have ‘Achillea' Achillea is not just another band! Achillea is about people coming together from around the world to create amazing music with passion Achillea was formed by British born guitarist and songwriter Paul Jupe and drummer Garry King. During early 2011 they started working on some original material that they felt would gain interest from an international audience and so started the process of writing and recording a number of tracks for possible release. The concept was to build a project that pulled people together around the world which it did, this now in itself has turned into a full band project. Garry (Joe Lynn Turner, Jeff Beck) and Paul pulled in some musician resources to involve a number of other great artists to the project including fellow 'Joe Lynn Turner' 2009/10 band mate Betovani Dinelli. Through another connection Garry and Paul met Gus Cunha (Vocalist) and GiNo Esteves (Guitar) who already work together in their own very successful project. When asked they jumped on board to deliver some amazing performances to the songs. In early 2012, after already recording on a number of the sessions, keyboard player extraordinaire Fab Jablonski officially joined the ranks and Achillea was complete.
