There are multiple artists called A.N.D. but the earliest was a hard rock/heavy metal band from England founded by guitarist Paul May in 1985 under the name Arcana. They changed names to A.N.D. in 1989 and recorded three full-length albums before disbanding in the mid-nineteen nineties. May would later collaborate with Al Atkins in the Atkins / May Project.
