Charles Uzzell-Edwards (CUE) and Pete Namlook released two albums on Pete's Fax +49-69/450464 under this pseudonym, and they're as disparate and the sky and the sea. Their first release was in Namlook's ballpark - ambient techno, with abstract touches and quirky beats, weird harmonics and errant samples - an extremely hard-to-classify record. Their second eponymous album did away with all traces of structure and simply presented a lone field recording, the hour-long Environmental Frankfurt - the title is self-explanatory.
