A New Chapter is a crossover band from Děčín, formed in September 2010 by Jakub Linhart (vocals), Mirek Macko (drums) and Daniel Vitouš (guitar). In 2011 Jakub Stein joined the band, replacing the previous member and bass guitar player. In 2012 A New Chapter records its first single called "Lepší bdít", which was used as credits song for a horror movie "Neusínej 2". Later during the year the band records an EP called "Poselství mrtvým generacím", containing three songs. Throughout the year A New Chapter performs at gigs with such bands as Atari Terror, Hentai Corporation, X-Left To Die, Scream of the Lambs, Faces Are Fiction and many others. In 2013 the band creates another EP, five songs long this time, called "Zbystři svý smysly". A New Chapter keeps on performing at many stages, adding Rattle Bucket, Cocotte Minute and Hentai Corporation once again into the list of bands they gigged with.
