A Muscled Ghost started out as a result of pure boredom one night in late June 2018. In the middle of writing a pesky thesis paper, the author, a former failed athlete grabbed a guitar and played a few broken chords into his iphone. What came out was a rusty 1-minute tune and the desire to sporadically go back to this project - whenever life started to suck again - and see what the journey had in store.
