a faulty chromosome is an attempt to use music to unlearn every lie I've been fed for my whole life. it is a musical exploration of truth and reason, so it sounds rather messy sifting through all the chaos in my head. parents and school and religion tried to shame me into feeling wrong for thinking critically. television told me all the answers were at the mall. i went to the mall, and though i liked looking at people's faces, mostly it made me sad. my best friends as a kid were books and music. they were the only things in my life willing to be honest with me.
