790 Robot Head is named after a robotic character on the science fiction series Lexx. Described as: "Power-Funk, Rap-Rock...Big guitars, slammin' turntables, rap inspired vocals ala 311 and Rage Against the Machine, monster drum and bass grooves, intense keyboards and samples, and some serious genre-blending fun!!!" The band opened for such national acts as 'DAYS OF THE NEW', 'JIMMY'S CHICKEN SHACK', 'JOYDROP', 'THE ERNIES', and 'EARTH TO ANDY'. Over the years, members of 790RH have shared gigs with such musical groups as: 311, Everything, RUN-DMC, Sugar Hill Gang, Phunk Junkeez, Morris Day and The Time, Stuck Mojo, Coolio, 2 Skinnee J's, and Spider Monkey. 790 Robot Head's music is said to appear in the season finale of LEXX the series, Episode 2.20 'End of the Universe'. It will appear near the beginning, right after the opening credits.
