It inlcuded a B-side called Energy Express. It was released in March 1994 in England and in October in Germany. Watching You Watching Me included a 7" Radio Mix, an Original Cult Mix, a Michael B. Linney USA Mix, an Illusive Mix and a Kinky Boyz Mix. It was out in September 1994 in England and in November in Germany.
