19 is a band formed by 陳珊妮 (Sandee Chan), a popular music producer and indie artist, and 陳建騏 (Chen Chien-chi), who has produced for 梁靜茹 (Fish Leong) and 徐佳瑩 (LaLa Hsu) prior to the forming. The band made their debut on 19th November 2011 with an eponymous debut album. The band name was decided to be "19" which is cited by Sandee Chan to be "someone who's already an adult yet still within a nice age of adolescence."
