The stage has been set and it is no wonder that Ian and Evan Koteles are on it. Having a rock ‘n roll drummer as a father and a professional theater actress as a mother the brothers were destined for the stage. Hailing from Tampa, FL, this brothers duo emerge onto the pop/rock scene with a sound that was heavily influenced by their father’s internationally popular, rock ‘n roll group - Conspiracy. 10th Concession derives its current moniker from a cross road in Canada where their father was born and raised. Ian and Evan spent the summer writing original music and in the studio producing their first album under the intense direction of nationally acclaimed LA/New York/Nashville music producer, Fred Mollin. Their professionally developed record showcases a lyrical and melodic configuration that is strikingly different from anything on the pop/rock scene today. It answers the demand among discriminating pop/rock music enthusiasts for something provocative, edgy and real void of the guarded cynicism of the previous generation of pop/rock artists.
