10-96 started in 1983 and was the leading influence on Wisconsin and Midwest Hardcore as a whole. Having completed five national tours, and burning through a bunch of bassists, 10-96 played with such bands as The Exploited, The Crucifucks, The Beer Goggles, Toxic Reasons, The Sex Pistols, Agent Orange, The Fuck-Ups, Beautiful Bert and countless others.
