0900-VIKTOR is a four-piece pop/rock group hailing from The Hague, The Netherlands. The band consists of Sebastiaan Fransen, Jort Huiskens, Rutger Wolf and Mark van Dooren. The band takes their inspirations from Dire Straits, Maarten Roosendaal, Bob Dylan and Raymond van 't Groenewoud, aiming to write colourful melodies, storytelling lyrics and a gag here and there.
