하이니 (Hi.ni) is a female solo Korean vocalist who debuted in 2012. She was discovered personally by the ultra prominent head CEO figure, Jung Tae-won, who helped Hi.ni debut by giving her the opportunity to sing the OST track “But I Miss You” for the cable network drama “The Third Hospital”, starring Kim Seung-woo, Oh Ji-ho, Kim Min-jung, and Girls Generation’s Soo-young. Hi.ni was actually the one who sang the guide version of the song for professional singers to lean the melody of the song from. His decision to cast a totally unknown rookie singer took all the other producers by surprise. ‘Legend of Tears’ was her second release in late 2012.
