Cho Mingyu (Hangul: 조민규; often spelled Cho Min Kyu; born November 19, 1990) is a South Korean opera singer. He is known as the leader of the South Korean crossover male vocal quartet Forestella (Korean: 포레스텔라) that debuted on March 14, 2018. Cho's voice type has been defined as a leggero tenor, which is a lightweight, flexible tenor voice type. He made his solo debut on February 16, 2020 with the single "신세계: New Age", and his first mini-album titled "신세계: Parana" was released on December 3, 2021.
