Rebekah Kim, better known by her stage name Bekah (베카), was born on August 11, 1989, and she was the main rapper & support vocalist of the South Korean girl group After School. A Korean American born and raised in Hawaii, she debuted with After School with the release of the single, AH! on January, 2009. She was featured in 서인국's "At First Sight", 이효리's "Bring It Back", along with 4minute's Jiyoon, and 테이's "Mr Lonely". On June 16, 2011, Bekah announced that she will be departing from After School in order to fulfill her dreams of being a designer and officially graduated from After School on July 1, 2011. However, she hopes to design an album for After School in the future. In 2013, she participated in a rap on fellow former After School alum Kahi (가희)'s second solo album Who Are You?.
