Nassun (낯선) (born February 4, 1983) is a South Korean hip hop musician. He broke into the mainstream music scene by taking part in Lee Hyori’s 2008 smash hit “U Go Girl”. Since then, he has made quite an impression on Korea’s music lovers with a music style that is considered rather mellow by traditional hip hop artists. Nassun’s music style can be categorized as style hip hop, which features light and fresh rhythm and uncluttered ambience. This type of music stands apart from conventional hip hop, typified by heavy-handed social criticism and strong beat. Nassun’s second single album further endeared him to the masses by incorporating trendy and bright melodies.
