八仙 8Immortals is an indie rock band based in Beijing consisting of two members, Wang Fan (王帆: vocal, songwriter), and Yan Mingchen (闫明琛: bass, producer). Addicted to garage rock, oriental psychedelic, Texas blues and soul music, the band is skilled in constructing bizarre scenes by sound experimentation and paronomasia. At the beginning of 2021, they released their first self-produced album 'Inauguration of the Please Dome', inspired by Kenneth Anger's namesake movie-- all abouit the absurd observations and the projection of dreams.
