Ругер\Ruger is an alternative metal band from Moscow, Russia. Ruger was formed in 1998. The structure of group included three ex-participants of group " Territory ": Alexey Maslov, Vladimir Volodin and Vyacheslav Hurs. In this structure the collective has existed about one and a half year. As a result of creative search the decision on connection to collective of the fourth participant - the guitarist of group " Mortem " Alexander Vasilev was accepted. Creativity of group represents a rattling mix of mega-heavy guitar sounding, the most powerful drum-type beats, a melodious vocal and urbanistic lyrics. Musicians name themselves collective urban lyrics since, in their opinion, analogues them on the Russian stage were not and are not present. Now "Ruger" is one of pillars of the Russian alternative music. Old admirers of this musical current, and also new fans concern to group with greater respect. Souds like: alternative, sludgecore.
