Obstoyatelstva (English: Circumstances) is a duet of Konstantin Maksimov and Leonid Olivanov, created in Cheboksary, Russia, in 2018. This is the music of the romance of the 2010s, the cold charm of the hometown and the constant anxiety in which today's Russian youth lives. The media has repeatedly compared the band's creative work to the American group The Neighbourhood and the British groups The xx and Arctic Monkeys.
