[mi-lieux] is a 4 piece, ambient project, from Miami, FL; combining elements of post-hardcore and 8-bit alike, influences such as "This Will Destroy You" and other post rock bands; "Baths" and "Tycho" influencing the more ambient/electronic parts; and anything ranging from "Set Your Goals" to "Saetia" to "The Microphones" in reference to the vocals, [mi-lieux] strives to bring in what you can call "something new". Formed in the early April 2010, Richard (composer, song writer) was quick to release the instrumental full-length "science stance" over the internet, free of charge. It is yet in undergoing the process of adding vocals which would be sold as hard copy for anyone willing to buy, and sold regardless.
