basementgrrr is a one-man idm/industrial/noise project based in Aachen/Germany. Making music since school, he played in several electronic projects and is still running two other musical projects. His musical background comes from all genres in music, but mainly focuses on electronic music. Inspiration comes from movies, traveling and consuming tons of music! As a child of the eighties, his early heroes were bands like Skinny Puppy, Front Line Assembly and Depeche Mode. Later he discovered projects like The Future Sound of London, The Orb and noise entities like Throbbing Gristle and Pan Sonic. basementgrrr was born with the intention to make music without limitations!
