!The S.A.D dj! aka Marco Donnarumma. Born in Naples, 1984. Producer, sound designer, live act e dj. Lives and works between Milano and Venezia, Italy. Performing and producing since 2000. After several experiences in the underground drum'n'bass and techno scene of Milan, Italy, started interest for noise and soundscape. It becomes fundamental in his musical aesthetics. Now sounds of synthesis algebraically produced are absolutely banned from creative process. He composes beats like a turntablist, melting down disemboweled sample of other music, field recording, noise and interferences captured in indefinite situations or, often, played by his old electric bass guitar. From 1998 until 2002 bass player with a Pantera's cover band. Since 2003 work as sound designer for web, video, installation, performance. In 2004/2005 found the electroacoustic duo pinkieS.A.D.E (with Andrea Liuzza) and took part in the mixedmedia project Chiglia:e:remi (with Stefano Zatti, Carlo Costacurta, Marco Mioli, Zeljiana Vidovic). In May 2006 started an italian tour, promoting solo project !The S.A.D dj!.
