Xen Breaks was is an experimental music creation more than anything else. The over all genres represented would be experimental, break beat or experimental break beat. With this album qubenzis (aka Ricky Maard) offers a journey into a weird and sometimes heavily reverberated sound-scape. With the exception of three songs most tracks are based on different types of broken beats (Break beat). The highlights would be the songs called Perceptional Enhancer (Break Beat) and Xen Zoo (Techno like). As well as OAK and The Electro Break Phile which are two songs where both the music and mastering turned out an interesting result.
