Wasted Space Redux is an experimental/ambient album by Xerol released November 24, 2009. It is a recreated version of the 2005 album Wasted Space. Taken as a whole, both albums seem to comprise a single track, 52 minutes in the original and 41 in the remake. Both were split into tracks to facilitate an album format, but Redux goes a step farther, choosing the break points carefully and sometimes modifying the sound slightly to achieve a more dramatic effect. The tracks are also named to convey a story of sorts, from Before the Beginning to End of the World. Including the original Wasted Space, this is Xerol's eighth released album.
