This album is a sampler of songs written over the course of 2009. Although Sue had been writing for years, her sound really began to take form in April of 2009. Coinciding with her brother's miraculous survival of a terrible car accident, Sue's lyrics and melodies stopped sounding like covers and started coming up and out of her own spirit. Gravity is written by Lauren Smith, Sue's sister in law. As of April 2010, Waiting to Run is an acoustic duo.
