"The band pays homage to the charm of a land they feel very close to: Russia. They developed a project which mixes the typical symphonic black metal style with the harmonies of Russian tradition and culture. The EP has the structure of a concept album. These songs are about key episodes of Russian history, from the most recent to the oldest: 1. The siege of Leningrad, when the population, despite famine, cold and illness endured 900 days against Nazi attacks. 2. The most celebrated "Russian Campaign" of 1812, when Napoleon's empire began to crumble. 3. The battle of Lake Peipus, when in 1242 Prince Aleksandr Nevskij defeated, the Teutonic Order after an epic battle, ending all crusade military campaigns on the Russian territory.
