Somewhere en route between the Brooklyn Dust Brothers and Manchester’s Chemical Brothers you will find the Vikings. No, not in Minnesota…and no, not the ones Robert Plant used to like to make the odd reference to and sing about. I’m talking about Viking Trance. They riff like Daft Punk but have carved out their own style. It’s one thing to be electric, quite another to be eclectic. Viking Trance accomplishes both goals.
