UY Scuti is the name of one of the largest known stars known in the universe, a fitting metaphor for Young Thug’s influence and popularity as a rap star himself. It was previously thought to be the largest known star with a radius estimated to be about 1700 times larger than the Sun, however new measurements in 2023 found that it was 909 times larger than the Sun. Despite this revision, UY Scuti still reigns as a colossal celestial force—often dubbed the “emperor of stars"—symbolizing unmatched scale and presence in the galaxy, much like Thug’s stature in hip-hop. Thugger was released from jail on October 31, 2024, resulting in fans waiting for new music and album. On January 19, 2025, Metro Boomin took to social media confirming his involvement in Thugger’s next project.
