Oscar, at least until age 49, was just a Venezuelan economist born on September 20, 1959, in San Tomé, Anzoátegui State. His Parents are also Venezuelan. In 1997 at age 38 started to sing karaoke in Puerto La Cruz, Anzoátegui State. Since then he really would feel a passion for singing and dreamed for stages and claps.
