Released on March 15 2022, 'the light I choke down' is a short eight track long album made by June Henry herself. Sadly, the album was removed off of streaming platforms and now can only be accessed on her Bandcamp - where it features five bonus songs- . Although most songs are abandoned a couple of them are in Podium, and Counting Time is released as a single. June Henry has spoken publicly on social media saying she wants to record Monkey Paw again. Since she is no longer close with the person who the song is about and doesn't worry that releasing it will cause any issues in a non existent relationship.
