The Last Rocket is Takeoff’s debut solo studio album. The twelve-track project boasts features from Quavo and Dayytona Fox. DJ Durel, Cassius Jay, Murda Beatz, Buddah Bless, TM88, and more have production credits on the album. A private listening session was held on October 23, 2018, in which the album’s title and release date were announced. Billboard wrote an article about their experience. The album’s lead single, “Last Memory,” was released on October 26, 2018. Takeoff posted an album trailer on Instagram on October 30, 2018.
