"The Flower Box" was mostly written by Normandie Wilson while she was on tour in the UK with the release of her joint album, "Music For Smart People." After coming back from the UK, she moved to San Diego, where she recorded this album in her bedroom and at The Habitat (Golden Hill) before it was converted from a recording studio/performance space to just being a performance space for house shows. All songs were written and performed by Normandie Wilson, and all instruments and vocals were also played by Normandie Wilson.
