Richard Adams (member from Garside's and Gray's previous band Daisy Chainsaw) has co-writing on the track "Pull Me Under". Described as "the end of a trilogy of albums that explored Katie-Jane Garside's own obsessions.", It features singles like the controversial "F.M. Doll" and "Medicine Jar". In 2018, the album had a vinyl release by One Little Indian Records. In July of 2024, the album was released on streaming services in the US.
