In October 1992, this EP was recorded and mixed at Morrisound Recording Studios in Tampa, Florida. It was released in 1993 on CD in the United States. It was produced by Scott Burns and it was co-produced by Raped Ape. Burns also was involved with the mixing, engineering and recording of this EP. Mike Pucciarelli drew the artwork. In 1994, it was released in Europe and Japan. The European/Japanese version has bonus tracks not found on the American CD. Two tracks from the Perpetual Aggravation demo, one track from Lost in Mind demo and one previously unreleased track.
