“Tattoos” is the third studio album by American recording artist Jason Derülo. The album was released on September 20, 2013 through Beluga Heights Records/Warner Bros. and its affiliated record labels. Derülo wanted the album to be “totally different” from his previous albums and show the growth in his writing and his overall performance. In total he had written over 300 songs and recorded between 100 to 120 songs for the album. Amongst those included are collaborations with 2 Chainz, The Game, Pitbull, in addition to Jordin Sparks who features on a song called “Vertigo”.
