"SYNDROME" (stylized in all caps) is the first full-length studio album by South Korean singer-songwriter WONHO. It was released on October 31, 2025, through Highline Entertainment and Intertwine Records, distributed by Warner Music. Following his discharge from the military in September 2024, WONHO began building hype for his first full-length album, heralding his long-awaited comeback. The announcement for WONHO's first full album was made by Highline Entertainment on September 29 at 8 p.m. KST. Shared across the agency's social media, the "coming soon" poster featured a dramatic teaser image with crimson and electric-blue trails and the central tagline, "What's your love syndrome?". To promote his first full-length project, WONHO embarked on the "STAY AWAKE" world tour in 2025. The lead-single "Better Than Me, was performed live for the first time on Mcountdown (July 3, 2025) and was included in his "STAY AWAKE" Latin America Tour setlist later that month. The album features collaborations with a wide range of international producers, including Captain Cuts, Şerban Cazan, and Jackson Foote. WONHO himself participated extensively in the lyrics, composition, and arrangement for several tracks on the record—such as if you wanna, DND and On Top Of The World. WONHO has cited *NSYNC and Backstreet Boys as his key influences for the album, and lead-single "Better Than Me", in an attempt to capture the era's signature blend of nostalgia and high-energy pop.
