a collection of tracks written (mostly) on Mt. Tahoma in the summer of 2017. IDM woodsman Mafgar returns with his first LP of material since 2017's "Mountain Songs," bringing bouncing beats and wandering acid basslines back from the forested peaks he calls home. Between these foundations, nostalgic synth pads soar as delicate melodies pluck idle heartstrings. "Summerland" is at once alien and familiar, not unlike the wilderness.
