Released April 8th,1997 on Kimarie MusicNoo-Trybe/Virgin Records (not Priority),Big Mike's sophmore CD was released primarily to promote his then-protege,Houston Hip-Hop legend III(Tre')-now known as TreMendous.Michael "Big Mike" Barnett had just founded Kimarie Music and Southpaw Management, and began take taking control of his career as well as helping other artists establish their own.Instrumental in several artists careers, including Street Military &Cory Mo, he signed TreMendous to his Kimarie label in 1996 and felt his style so much he featured him on 4 songs on this album. Also featured on Big Mike's Debut Somethin Serious(On The One),and his third CD Hard To Hit (Hustlers,None)-One of the four songs featuring TreMendous was a Solo titled Grey Skies. (the others being It's Alright,Candies 4 Babies and.the albums first single All A Dream) Due to industry politics and the fact that TreMendous never signed to Rap-A-Lot,this album tends to get swept under the rug by the label due to the fact that that this album is generally establishing Big Mike passing his torch and prestege to III/TreMendous as the heir to his kind of Southern Hip-Hop.More info about TreMendous can be found at http://www.tremendousmc.com .
