Album
"Start Something" is the second studio album by Welsh rock band Lostprophets, released on 2 February 2004 through Visible Noise in the United Kingdom and South Korea, and internationally on 5 February 2004 through Columbia. Work on the album began in 2003 following touring in support of the band’s previous album "The Fake Sound of Progress". It was the second and final album to feature original drummer Mike Chiplin. The album achieved both commercial and critical success and became the band’s most commercially successful release. It reached number 33 on the US Billboard 200 and was later certified gold by the Recording Industry Association of America. Six singles were issued from the album: "Burn Burn", "Last Train Home", "Wake Up (Make a Move)", "Last Summer", "Goodbye Tonight", and the radio single "I Don’t Know". These releases contributed to the band’s broader mainstream recognition. "Start Something" was certified platinum by the British Phonographic Industry in the United Kingdom and gold in the United States.
