Five years since her last LP, Holiday, Starflower is Jennifer Paige's fifth studio album. Part funded by a Kickstarter campaign Paige launched in November 2015, the new album was originally going to be called Daydreamer. On 30th January 2017, the singer made Starflower available to download for her Kickstarter backers, and included an acoustic version of signature hit 'Crush' as a bonus track. Later that year, lead single 'The Devil's in the Details' was released on February 16th. Thanks to her Kickstarter campaign, Paige had also raised enough money to fund a video for this single, which was uploaded to YouTube on March 3rd.
