The word “wizard” might evoke associations with darker or vexing music. Instead, Wizards conjures up blissful electronic tunes in the realm of ra calium, isan, or bathcrones. Glowing, cozy, and welcoming, “Meadows of Canterbury” graciously wraps you in alluring, chopped (sampled) vocals and warm beats. It is transcendental - completely allowing one to lose themselves in airy soundscapes. “Spinning Flowers”, their self-released EP, wonderfully captures fluidity and movement within the lyric-less stanzas.
