Recorded completely live with no overdubs in 3 hours by Nobby of Soul Fire Sounds upstairs in The Tavern, Middlesbrough, England. Just the raw, high energy, impure Pellethead captured. Released in April, 2007. First recording with their new drummer Michael Gillham. The title comes from a sleeping disorder that a boyfriend of a friend of a friend of Shaun's (bass) suffered from.
