Recorded throughout 2008 by founding member Tracy Prince (guitar, keys, bass) along with Chris Hairston (bass) Derek Reed (guitar) Sean Rowe (drums) Amanda Shenuaman (vocals) and additional keyboards by Brooks Tipton (Unwed Sailor, Bear Colony, Black Pond). Remixed versions of four songs from Sleep Today's previous EP "Ghost Live Here" were also included on this release.
