The EP is related to the idea of being caught between awake and asleep and stuck within a dark dream/other dimension, which is what Sleep Paralysis essentially is, and the theme has been continued with the use of clips from films that deal with questioning the nature of reality and blurring the lines of what is perceived to be "real", as well as a brief extract of spoken word poetry used in the outro.
