She Is Miley Cyrus (stylized in all caps) is a cancelled studio album by American singer Miley Cyrus. It was expected to be released in 2021, by RCA Records, but later interviews in August 2020 suggest that the album was discarded; in November, it was announced that some of the recorded tracks would be part of the Plastic Hearts album. She began working on the material shortly before the release of her previous studio album Younger Now in 2017. In contrast to the country-pop sound of Younger Now, Cyrus stated that this album would feature elements of hip hop, pop, and alternative music more closely aligned with her fourth studio album Bangerz (2013). She collaborated with producers including Mike Will Made It, who she had previously collaborated with for Bangerz and Miley Cyrus & Her Dead Petz (2015), and new partners including Mark Ronson and Andrew Wyatt.
