At the time of release, "SHATTERED MEMENTO" took the status of Toir's most experimental release yet. It is comparable to "INANE" - it contains parts with samples of drums that are very chaotic. It is also a heavy track, although not a drum 'n' bass one unlike "INANE". "SHATTERED MEMENTO" was created in the same project file as Toir's contribution to "Edge of Infinity" with Revoltyx and a red panda. Both were created for the "All Nighter Vol. 9" event, though neither made it into the final compilation. Due to that, Toir started this track in the same project file while brainstorming about ideas, and when the idea turned out to be unfitting, simply continued it in that project file.
