Double single was released at the time fans were expecting a new album from the duo/band, Mars Argo. "Runaway Runaway" served as the lead single and promotional material to it. According to Titanic Sinclair himself, the album got canceled mainly because they weren't able to get a record deal (to finish the songs up because they were never supposed to be released in their just Sinclair-produced forms most likely and when Mars Argo was posting songs like "Wet Cigarette" she always referred to them as "demos") with the hard drive of the Johnny K songs they were gonna put on the album being lost being one of the "many" other reasons, causing them to replace the Karkazis songs with the solo Sinclair "Thick Jello" songs, "Blank Check" being one that planned to be put on it.
