1. Runaway (Original Mix) The original mix starts with a speedy perc intro, spaceous lifters, and flashes of the main piano theme. A rolling bass line soon joins in and after a short solo passage, the track starts growing around it with percussions and lush pads. A bass variation unleashes the harmonic beauty of the pads and the piano melody now presents itself in its whole length. The breakdown follows the same harmonic cycle and builds up again for another intense lift-off. The richness of melodies gives the original mix a very emotional feeling. 2. Runaway (ReOrder Bangin Mix) ReOrder's mix begins with a pumping intro of percs and a driving mid-bass filtered right in. The deep bass kicks the track going and prepares for the main theme, a lead variation of the original's piano phrase. Chord progression follows that of the original. When the track comes into breakdown, the soft timbres of the vocal synth and pads create an elevating, hymnlike atmosphere, complemented with a delicate melody of piano droplets, also a fine variation. Gradually the tune rebuilds with soaring leads and banging percussions and launches for the second part, now with the piano.
