POiSON GiRL FRiEND is a legendary project which first appeared in the dawn of the Japanese techno scene in the 90's with French lolita whispering vocals and an ambient pop sound. “rondoElectro" was released 20 years after "Love Me" (Nippon Columbia) it is PGF re-appearing on the dance floor! rondoElectro is a jukebox with a sound that connects the future and the past, full of nostalgic, new, and mysterious retrofuturism. As POiSON GiRL FRiEND, this is the first work since providing ‘Heidi, Girl of the Alps’, for the compilation of the Calpis Theater in 1997. Eight composers and arrangers were included on this record, which does not make you feel the passage of 20 years at all. Of which include NObby uNO, Serge Gainsbourg, NEW ORDER, Doors, Koji Takahashi, Wono Satoru, Vince Clark, Andy Bell and the PGF herself nOrikO. Together techno, house, elepo, French, ambient, digital rock and much more all create the PGF world.
